Full-funnel acquisition system

I designed and executed a full-funnel acquisition system for a vehicle import business targeting high-intent buyers in Canada. The focus wasn’t just on driving traffic — it was on building a system that could consistently generate qualified leads and convert them into real sales conversations. This included campaign strategy, landing page optimization, tracking infrastructure, and CRM-level lead qualification.

The business was generating traffic, but not results. Most traffic was too broad, and there was no reliable way to distinguish high-intent buyers from low-quality leads. There was no clear funnel structure, no clean MQL/SQL segmentation, and limited performance visibility.

  • Landing Page Optimization: Designed focused value propositions, trust signals, and conversion-driven CTA flow.
  • Funnel Structuring: Segmented campaigns by cold, warm, and high-intent traffic.
  • Lead Qualification: Tracked MQLs vs SQLs using behavior, form inputs, and structured UTM parameters.
